Piece of Work

In high school a local father/son industrial mosaic tile studio came to visit my art class. They brought a number of unsold mosaic tiles that they were donating to the school system.

Myself along with another classmate worked with the son to cement the mosaics into place on a concrete water fountain at the elementary school. It was hard work on a nice spring day, and it got me out of Spanish class…
