Bronze Casting
I had always wanted to to cast molten bronze sculptures and finally got the chance through a RISD-CE class. This was a labor intensive 6-week class where I produced 6 sculptures 3 in Bronze and 3 in Aluminum
As a side note the following images were taken with an infrared camera, molten Bronze naturally has a subtle red glow, but the infrared photographs heat, so if it looks white hot… it is white hot.
